Data Cleaning for Bank Reconciliation

Gleematic automatically retrieves data from the client's core system and collects transaction files from multiple banks for reconciliation and verification.

1. After gathering the required data, Gleematic matches order numbers with their corresponding payment codes.
2. The payment data is then cleansed, standardized, and consolidated into a single Excel file.
3. Gleematic reconciles the payment records against bank transaction data and combines the matched information into a new Excel report.
4. Additional verification columns are automatically added to indicate whether records match successfully, marked as "True" or "False". The completed report is then saved to the local system for review and record-keeping.
