A pharmaceutical manufacturer needed a more efficient way to manage and process purchase orders received from major supermarket retailers.

The company received thousands of purchase orders every month across multiple retail channels. Staff were required to manually log in to each supermarket's online portal, navigate through different platform interfaces, verify new orders, and download the corresponding files.

The process was further complicated by the need to manage orders from 13 different retailer platforms, each with its own workflows, data structures, and file formats. As a result, order processing was time-consuming, labor-intensive, and prone to delays and manual errors.
